General terms
No fine print.
Everything that goes into the contract, written here before you ask.
12-month contract
It covers development, hosting and management. Pay monthly or upfront: on Presence that is 12 × MZN 1,500 or MZN 18,000, the same total. At the end it renews for the same period, unless the client gives 30 days' notice.
Payment before work starts
Work begins once the first month or the yearly amount is paid, via M-Pesa, e-Mola or bank transfer, always invoiced.
Changes included in Presence
For the full 12 months, any change to the website is included and done within 24 hours. New features, such as bookings, client areas or integrations, are quoted separately in a written proposal before work starts.
Hosting on us
The client is never charged for the server. The website is hosted and managed on OLLAVEE's server; for security reasons, we do not give server access.
Domain
If you do not have one yet, the domain is bought separately, because prices vary by extension and registrar. It is registered in your company's name; we manage it and alert you before it expires so you can renew it. If you already own a domain, it stays with you and your registrar: we do not manage it. Under registrar rules, no domain can be transferred within 6 months.
Stores and portals
We do not manage the content of stores or portals. We build the platform and train your team to add products, prices, articles and orders. OLLAVEE guarantees hosting, security and technical support whenever something breaks. Stores accept payments via M-Pesa and e-Mola.
Leaving before 12 months
You pay the website development fee: MZN 15,000 on Presence, in two 50% instalments. We deduct what you have already paid in monthly fees.
Migration
To take the website or domain elsewhere, the client contracts separate hosting and settles the website fee. OLLAVEE carries out the migration at no extra cost.
Late payment
After 30 days overdue, the website is suspended until payment is settled.
Approval
Once you receive the website link, you have 3 business days to request corrections in a single message. We make them within 24 hours. Without a reply in that period, the website is published as presented.
Signature
Written proposal with scope, deadline and price. 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. All files handed over after final payment. Hosting and maintenance are the client's responsibility.
