Every stage has a deadline. Your website is ready for approval 3 business days after your answers; an online store, 5 business days.
The seven steps
- First contact
On WhatsApp, through the website or in person. We ask four quick questions about your company, domain and email.
- Proposal
One page with the plan, price, deadline and terms, sent the same day. Accepted in writing.
- Payment
Work starts with the first payment, via M-Pesa, e-Mola or bank transfer, always invoiced.
- Ten questions
Answer by text or voice note, in about 20 minutes. No photos or logo? We take care of it.
- Production
We write the copy, prepare the images and build the website in 3 business days, without taking up your time.
- Approval
You receive a link to review on your phone and have 3 business days to request corrections in a single message. We make them within 24 hours and publish.
- Management
On Presence, from here the website stays with us for the full 12 months: hosting, security, backups and any change within 24 hours. For stores and portals, we train your team and remain on technical support.
The ten questions.
This is all we need from you to build the website. You can answer by voice note, in about 20 minutes.
- Your company name, exactly as you want it to appear.
- What the company does, explained as you would to a new client.
- Your 3 to 5 main services or products.
- Where you are (neighbourhood and city) and which areas you serve.
- How long the company has existed and how many people work there.
- Why a client should choose you over someone else.
- Contacts for the website: phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Opening hours.
- Your logo, if you have one. If not, we create a simple one.
- Five to ten photos of your work, shop or team, if you have them.

I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?
Keep the Facebook page. But it belongs to Meta, it rarely shows up when someone searches Google for your service, and it does not belong in a proposal to a large company. A website is yours, appears on Google and sends people to your WhatsApp.
Do I have to pay every month?
No: you can pay MZN 18,000 upfront or MZN 1,500 a month, and the total is the same. For 12 months, hosting, security, backups and any change are included, and the website is never left behind.
How long does it take?
Your website is ready for approval 3 business days after we receive your answers to the ten questions. An online store is ready in 5 business days, and a Signature project in 10 business days. For portals, the deadline is written in the proposal.
I do not have time for this.
You do not need it. Answer ten questions by voice note, in about 20 minutes. Copy, images and the technical side are on us.
I have no photos and no logo.
Not a problem. We edit or create the missing images and design a simple typographic logo.
How do I know this is not a scam?
We work with a one-page contract, invoices and a tax number (NUIT). You see the website before we publish it, and you always speak to a person, with a name and a number.
Is the domain included?
No, and it is the only extra. If you do not have one yet, it is bought separately because prices vary by extension and registrar. It is registered in your company's name; we manage it and alert you before it expires. If you already own a domain, it stays with you and we do not manage it. Under registrar rules, a domain can only be transferred 6 months after registration or the last transfer.
I already have a domain and hosting. Which plan is for me?
Presence, at the same price. We use your domain, which stays with you, and the website runs on our server, at our cost, with every change included for 12 months.
Do you run my online store?
No. We build the store and train your team to run it: adding products, changing prices, handling orders. We keep the hosting and provide technical support whenever something breaks. The same applies to news portals, blogs and magazines.
Does the store accept cards?
No. Store payments are via M-Pesa and e-Mola.
What if I want to leave before 12 months?
You pay the website development fee, MZN 15,000 on Presence, in two 50% instalments. We deduct what you have already paid in monthly fees. Then we migrate the website to the hosting of your choice, at no extra cost.
Do I get server access?
No. The website lives on OLLAVEE's server, at our cost, and we are the ones who keep it secure. The email and the domain you already had remain yours.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes: you pay OLLAVEE via M-Pesa, e-Mola or bank transfer, always invoiced.
